Swim Registration with Flexible Scheduling
Our flexible scheduling allows you to start private lessons and semi-private lessons at any time. Our private and semi-private lessons, are not scheduled in sessions so enrollment is always open. You may register for lessons once a week or come everyday. The choice is up to you and what your schedule will allow. As long as we have availability, you may arrange your lessons on any day or time that you wish. Because our schedule of classes for private lessons and semi-private lessons is constantly evolving with our students, we unfortunately do not have a set schedule that we can post or send to you. If we did try to send something, it would be outdated before you even received it! The easiest way to inquire about our current schedule of classes is to call the office at 650-355-3050 or stop by our school during registration times. Students enrolling in our semi-private lessons must be able to swim free style in deep water for a distance of 40 feet, be comfortable in deep water and tread water for 1 minute. There are 2-3 students per semi-private group. We teach 7 days a week, Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 8:00am-4:00pm. Swimming lesson registration must be done in person. We regret that we can not do private swimming registrations over the phone.

Annual Registration Fee
An annual registration fee of $10.00 per student is due at time of registration. This registration fee will only be charged once every 12 months.

Swim Tuition
Beginner Students- Private Lessons: $225.00 for 7 - 30 minute Private Lessons. Private Swimming Lessons, one instructor to one student are designed for beginners and advanced students. Semi-private lessons are lessons designed for advanced students only. To qualify for semi-private lessons, students are required to pass a swim test swimming 40 feet free-style, treading water for 1 minute and be very comfortable in deep water. Semi-private lessons consist of 2-3 students per class with a minimum of 2 students. Tuition for Semi-Private Lessons: $175.00 for 7 - 30-minute lessons. Full tuition is due at the time of registration. To reserve your future swimming lessons in advance you may register for more than one set of lessons by paying a $25.00 holding deposit to reserve your subsequent set of lessons. To ensure you are enrolled for your first choice of desired days and times, please reserve 6-8 weeks in advance. All $25.00 holding deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We accept Checks, Cash, Visa & Mastercard.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
To cancel a full set of registered swimming lessons or make changes to days and/or times on a full set of registered swimming lessons, a 7 day cancellation notice is required before the start date of your first scheduled swimming lesson and a $25.00 Cancellation Fee Will Be Charged for each set of lessons cancelled or changed. If less than a 7 day notice, only 50% tuition will be refunded. Once lessons have been started, no refunds can be made.

Make-up Lessons
There are no makeup lessons provided for students enrolled in our Semi-private lessons. Students enrolled in our private lessons are permitted to change, cancel or transfer one (1) of your 7 scheduled private swimming lessons without a penalty. A maximum of 1 make-up lesson is permitted for a full set of 7 registered swimming lessons. A 4–hour notice is required for individual lesson cancellations or individual lesson changes. Please call or come in person to cancel a lesson. If calling before or after business hours please leave a message on our answering service, 650-355-3050. Any lesson that is not cancelled or changed with a 4-hour notice, or a no call, no show lesson will forfeit a make-up lesson. Sorry, No Exceptions. Make-up lessons must be completed within 6 months of date on registration form.

Observation
We request that you do not bring any children (siblings, friends, etc.) to observe swimming lessons who cannot remain well-behaved and “Seated on the Bench” during a 30 minute swimming lesson. All parents, adult spectators and children must observe from the bench area. Please do not walk or stand around the pool area during lessons. Children are not permitted in the retail area of the store unless they are accompanied by an adult.
