General Information on Pool Parties

What’s the Cost?
$150.00 for pool plus $5.00 per swimmer

What about Supervision and a Lifeguard?
A lifeguard will be provided to supervise the swimmers in the pool. The safety and supervision of guests out of the swimming pool is the responsibility of the parent hosting the party. One adult must be present for every 6 children attending the party.

How long are the parties and how many guests can we invite?
Parties are 1 hour & 15 minutes. We limit the amount of swimmers to 22 in the pool

What about food?
Unfortunately we do not have the facilities for food. Straw Hat Pizza next door is a great way to finish your party. They have Party Packages with great pizza, sandwiches, salads and private party rooms, plus they clean up all the mess. Call Straw Hat at 650-359-8300 for reservations.

What days & times can I have my party?
Saturdays 4:15pm-5:30pm
Saturdays 5:45pm-7:00pm
Sundays 4:15pm-5:30pm

Do you provide Toys & Lifejackets?
We will provide kick-boards, water noodles, fins and Life Jackets. We do not furnish swim goggles. Guests are encouraged to bring their own goggles, floatation toys and fins. Please ensure that these items are clearly marked with their owner's name.

Swim Skill Assessment
All partygoers will be asked to perform a basic swimming test, which is swimming the length of our pool, 40 feet. Swimmers who do not wish to or cannot perform the swim skill assessment will be fitted with a Life Jacket. Non swimmers will not be permitted in the pool without wearing a Life Jacket.

Reservations
$150.00 pool fee is due at time of booking your party. Balance is due the day of your party. A 14 day notice is required for cancellations. A cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply if cancellation is less then a 14 day notice.
